Nothing Gold Can Stay

I don't wear a lot of gold polish because I feel like it's a bit harsh for my skin tone.  That being said, I don't wear a lot of silver polish either.  I decided to try a gold with glitter, in hopes that I could pull it off.

I went with a-england Holy Grail (the original version) and Glitzology Rhinestone Jumpsuit.

Indie Week: White Base With Glitter

Today's post feature's another polish from Amy's Nail Boutique.  My theme for today was a polish that had a white base with glitter in it.  I have an entire Helmer drawer full of Amy's polish but this one had been untried.

Indie Week: Pink Pow!

Today I wanted to feature an indie that was pink.  I tend to layer pretty much any glitter I wear over another polish so for this mani I started off with China Glaze Pink-Ie Promise.

Indie Week: Mint Edition

Happy Tuesday!  This week I am going to be focusing on using indie polishes that remain untried in my stash.  Today my goal was to pick something that was mint.  I selected Rainbow Honey Siren Song layered over Priti NYC Lungwort.

Violet With Julep and Rainbow Honey

I have loved nail polish since I was very young.  In the last year this love has grown immensely, and this blog is the result.  My goal is to show you beautiful polish and real manicures, even when they look awful.  Thanks for joining me!

Today's mani is the final one in a challenge I did with my good friend Alyson of Beads. Nails. Food..  We have been doing a rainbow challenge, working our way through the colors of the rainbow.  The final color is violet.

I started with my naked nails.
